Jeff taking care of "General Contractor" stuff going over some details with the steel roofing supplier.
Dennis worked off the forklift while Paul took to the roof to lay the first row of panels on the east side.

Bob moved the stack of panels that was behind the house to the east side staging area where the lifting was easiest, and where shade was for the second half of the day.
Paul has worked very hard on our project, as noted by his shirt.

We decided to forego the tow strap tether lines which had to be moved a lot, and tie three ropes to the ridge pole, spaced out along the peak. These ropes had loops tied in them every 5 feet or so that we could easily hook our lines from the harnesses into.
Part of the second and third rows can seen now, looking up through the rafters.
